In his role as the owner of Stoneledge Luxury BUilders, Jacob brings over 20 years of homebuilding and leadership experience combined with an impeccable knack for project management to the table. With patience and decades of experience, he guides each client through the design and selection process, tailoring his approach to fit each client’s needs and availability. Stoneledge’s portfolio shows that whether a client’s ideal residence is focused on portraying fairytale chic or an elegant blend of sophistication and functionality, Jacob’s keen eye for aesthetics and exquisiteness will accomplish just that and more.

Jackson Bailey

Jackson grew up in the custom home building industry and had, as a result, developed an unrivaled visionary passion for home-building excellence. He has accumulated a vast array of industry knowledge and has become a valuable guide for clients, advising them towards the next steps in their homebuilding journey. With nearly a decade of real estate experience, Jackson also provides Stoneledge Luxury Homes with immeasurable industry insight and value in future development opportunities. Dedicated to carrying on his father’s legacy while raising client satisfaction to the next level, he is humbly ambitious and driven to succeed.

Builder – Director of Construction

John Staarmann

In 1987, John embarked on his professional career, successfully operating a framing contracting business in the custom homebuilding industry before joining the Stoneledge Luxury Homes team in 2012. Acting as our Director of Construction Services, he oversees and supervises daily productivity in the field. Working alongside Meranda, Jackson, and other members of the Stoneledge team, fused with his meticulous approach to striving for rare excellence in terms of superb craftsmanship, John ensures that our homes excel in quality while simultaneously delivering results on time and within budget. His unparalleled expertise and knowledge are highly respected and admired within the Greenville custom homebuilding community.

Sonya Cosby

Sonya’s exceptional work ethics manifest in her dedicated passion and desire for creative design. As a design professional with over twenty years of experience, she is wholeheartedly committed to cultivating valued and long-lasting relationships with our clients. She brings creativity, a cherished client-centered approach, and an extraordinary awareness and understanding of quality excellence to Stoneledge Luxury Homes. Sonya’s kind, compassionate, but diligent nature is a highly esteemed addition to our team.

Field Operations Manager

Zack Earley

As an immensely valued and treasured member of the Stoneledge Luxury Homes team, Zack brings years of hands-on and academic experience and his aptitude for unconditional patience. He is characterized by his commitment to the highest standards, setting clear goals, and working diligently towards them. Throughout his early college years, Zack was a framer apprentice with a local custom home builder, earning a Master of Construction Management from Clemson University. Upon graduation, Zack gained a wealth of experience in engineering and custom homebuilding. As a project manager for two other local custom home builders, he discovered his passion for luxury workmanship. In search of a place to call home, when his path crossed with the team at Stoneledge Luxury Homes, he knew he had found an organization that fully met his need for superior craftsmanship, ethical principles, and dedication. Among his responsibilities as a member of the Stoneledge field operations team, Zack collaborates closely with other team members to ensure they construct, craft, and deliver the highest quality homes possible. One satisfied client at a time!

Office Manager

Wanda Sisk

Wanda is an undeniable asset to Stoneledge Luxury Homes with her attention to detail and organizational skills. Wanda handles all inter-office procedures and bookkeeping. Her daily commitment to excellence and the highest level of professionalism is the result of her 20+ years of managerial and administrative experience within the construction industry. She enjoys being a member of a team where professionalism and companionship are an integral part of the job. The ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, both professionally and personally, is what drives her at her core, and to find a company that shares these same values is both exciting and valuable to her.

McKenna Bailey

A Clemson graduate, McKenna is passionate about creating uniquely beautiful spaces tailored to reflect each client’s distinctive style. Equipped with an abundance of fashionable knowledge, she has been working alongside the design team at Stoneledge Luxury Homes for the last seven years. McKenna’s poetic touch and charm have enabled her to develop an impeccable appreciation for and dedication to the custom homebuilding process. She thoroughly enjoys nurturing relationships with her clients and creating designs that adhere to the highest levels of luxury.

Justin Kelley

Justin Kelley has been in the construction industry since 2013 and is the newest addition to the Stoneledge family! Justin is a key member of our field operations team due to his instrumental experience in management. It is one of Justin’s main goals to treat each job as if it were his own house. His attention to detail and desire to build long-lasting relationships make him an excellent asset to our organization. “Nobody cares how much you know until they know how much you care,” is one of his favorite quotes from Theodore Roosevelt.
